Analı Kızlı is one of the known dishes of Malatya cuisine. It consists of large and small bulgur dumplings.
The name comes from calling the large dumplings 'mother' and the small ones 'daughter'. Related to içli köfte culture, this dish is often made on special occasions and when hosting guests.
Preparation requires time and care. Dumplings shaped with bulgur, minced meat, onion and spices are boiled and served.
